NHS Heroes is a new recognition scheme honouring the individuals
and teams who go the extra mile to improve life for patients in
hospitals, clinics and community care.
The scheme is an opportunity for patients, their families and
the NHS community to nominate and celebrate the staff members and
teams who show exceptional compassion, kindness and skill above and
beyond the call of everyday duty – giving healthcare at its very
best.
