This section contains information about getting to New Cross Hospital and what to do if you are a patient or visitor.  Click on the options on the left hand menu for more information.

Please note that New Cross Hospital is a smoke-free site and smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking shelters.

Disability and Access

We are committed to making our hospital accessible to all and are constantly working to improve our services and facilities wherever possible.  If you have any suggestions to further improve our service please contact the Patient Information Centre on 01902 695333

Disabled services

We provide a range of services and disability equipment including:

  • hearing loop
  • signing
  • wheelchairs
  • motorised buggy which carries one passenger - if you need a buggy ride please ring ext 5333 once you are at the hospital.

Disabled Parking

There are disabled parking spaces and drop off points at each entrance to the hospital
