Travel Vaccinations

The vaccinations you need depend on which country you are travelling to, and how long you are going for.

Travel Vaccinations for children and adults are given at your GP practice. Please ensure you make an appointment directly with your GP practice at least five to six weeks before travelling so that you can discuss where you are going, when you are going and for how long.

If, however, you have booked a last-minute holiday, you should still make an appointment at your GP surgery before departure especially if you are travelling to a tropical destination.

Depending on where you are going, you may also need malaria tablets and Yellow Fever vaccine. Yellow Fever vaccines are not given at all GP surgeries in Wolverhampton. The following centres in Wolverhampton are able to give Yellow Fever vaccines:

Dr White & Partners, Penn Manor Medical Centre, Manor Road, Penn, Wolverhampton.
